Scoreboard at a Glance

The Scorecard is a performance management tool which can be used by investors to keep track of the execution of activities and to monitor the consequences arising from these actions.
The characteristic of the Scorecard and its content is the presentation of a mixture of financial and non-financial measurements that should be compared to a 'target' value. The Scorecard is not meant to be a replacement for traditional financial or operational reports but a series of spreadsheets that captures succinct data and information relevant to those making investment decisions. The scorecard also gives light to the RegMed sector or company's not always considered metrics.
As a model of performance, the Scorecard is effective in that "it articulates the links between leading inputs, outcomes and focuses on the importance of those management processes to achieve a matrix for investors to measure performance versus priorities.
