The stem, cell therapy and RegMed sector NEEDS to climb above and beyond  corporate existence and be MORE than forthcoming re … correspondence to shareholders. Investors are tired and have become resilient to any news … not thinking of investing but, wondering if what is being communicated is the whole truth!

Transparency is a practice where nearly all decision making is carried out publicly. Transparency is NOW more than relevant to management practice: information disclosure, clarity, and accuracy.  To increment transparency, CEOs and BODs MUST actively infuse greater disclosure, clarity, and accuracy into their communications with stakeholders. Transparency therefore involves intentional modifications in disclosure, clarity, and accuracy to accomplish the organization's specific objectives.

Corporate governance consists of the set of processes, customs, policies, laws and institutions directing, administering or controlling a corporation. Corporate governance also includes the relationships among the many players involved (the stakeholders) and the corporate goals. The principal players include the shareholders, management, and the board of directors (BODs). Other stakeholders include employees, suppliers, customers, banks and other lenders and regulators.

Governance is MORE than a theoretical concept referring to the actions and processes by which stable practices and organizations arise and persist.
