uniQure N.V. (QURE) proposes 4.5 M share offering priced at $28.50

QURE closed up another +$0.57 to $30.42 having closed Tuesday at $29.85 and Monday at $29.20

With 31.76 M shares outstanding and a float of 20.9 M shares and an increase of 500 K shares in the offering and an additional 75 K to the overallotment

uniQure N.V. (QURE) has commenced an underwritten public offering of 4.5 M shares (increased 500 K shares)

In addition, QURE intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 675 K additional ordinary shares (increased 75 K shares)

Leerink Partners, Evercore ISI and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
