Sangamo Therapeutics (SGMO) prices $200 M offering at $16.25 - SELL

SGMO closed down -$0.50 after a -$0.35 decline and is down another -$0.95 (-5.49% in the pre-market

SGMO has 86.34 M shares outstanding with a float of 84.76 M shares

SGMO has commenced an offering of $12.31 million shares priced at $16.25

SGMO expects to grant the underwriters of the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.846 million of shares ($30 M) of overallotments at the public offering price.

The offering is subject to market and other conditions.

BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
