The path is clear …

Hold, buy or sell – I recommend profiting in an uncertain and tentative market

Pre-open indications: 3 HITs and 1 MISS (1 by pennies and sold into end of session strength with profit). Right again as gene editing stocks - CRSP (-$0.57), NTLA ($0.00) fumbled even with patent award and EDIT (+$0.16) rose feebly after yesterday’s warning

Out and about: Stories of the day and a few of yesterday’s heroes – SLDB (+13.62 or +46.36%) jumps, CLBS (+$2.68 or +67.34%) on news, BSTG is also up on what (? - my opinion which scam Ponzi, pyramid or both) as ATHX (-$0.25) continues its decline

Of the 45 covered the 19 downside equities finished in a range of -$0.01 to -$1.61 with biggest bottoms of -$ and $ and $ while the 24 upside equities oscillated from +$0.04 to $1.78 with toppers of $13.62, $6.19, $4.00 and $3.55 with 2 flat closes

Henry’omics:

From the pre-open newsletter … “indications slump and dump. The iShares Nasdaq Biotechnology (IBB) is indicating a -1.29% downside in Tuesday’s pre-market. What goes overbought will come down and those left will go up when oversold. The times, they are a’changin!”

As I stated, “the overbought are getting riper even as the session reduced losses with low volume to the upside and higher volume to the downside.”

Tuesday’s theme for the session: seek cover of volume and strength; don’t SELL into a “sloppy” downside - advise well taken!

As the week progresses you've got to wonder how many equities are going to react to the current trend … as news helped the some of the largest upsides.

  • It may all just be a game of bid’em up to the ultimate sell the overbought.

However, "with investor is fickle and most traders are NOT optimism while too many investors are non-compos mentis – in regard to the risk boundaries of miscalculation!

  • Those real risks tend to be NOT measureable or can be calculated as to timing.

In one (1) research note, Caladrius Biosciences (CLBS) receives FDA’s RMAT designation for CD34+ for treating Refractory Angina … https://www.regmedinvestors.com/articles/10349

CLBS closed Monday at $3.95, opened at $4.15 and closed at $6.61 (+$2.66 or +67.34%) with 3.72 M shares traded <3 month average = 28.3 K shares> - I was wrong as the aftermarket also reflects an upside of $2.23 or +33.74% …

Athersys (ATHX) closed down -$0.25 to $2.06 after Monday’s $2.31 as June started at $2.52 and has slid since even with a partnership extension. Investors are TIRED as CEO collects more, more and more salary, benefits and perks – an untold numbers which are findable.
