MiMedx (MDXG) and The Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation (MTF) patent dispute continues

It’s not done yet – one ruling as the real proceedings begins - does not provide a verdict - "likelihood is not a legal term! MTF provided a “sufficient basis” to challenge the validity of the primary MiMedx EpiFix. This is just another step in a process is the filing of formal petitions with the USPTO to request a review of the patents at issue. Don’t count your eggs, the chickens haven’t come to roost – a deal <of sorts>will be made and/or some lawyers will become very rich in a process over years.
