Caladrius BioSciences (CLBS) partner, Sanford Research in P2 Type 1 Diabetes trial extends agreement

Investment is to the future with an IF; potential dilution has a price today – DOWN -$0.19 on increased volume – WALK AWAY …

Sanford Research has extended the agreement with CLBS to provide operational support for the T-Rex Study beyond the first cohort to the remainder of the study.

Sanford will provide and cover the costs of its clinical performance sites.

The Bottom Line: Sanford’s initial support a $5 M equity investment in CLBS will contribute to the execution of the remainder of the study – minimizing CLBS and PCT’s contribution. There might be more $$ but, not until mid-FY17 … IF trial advances …
